PERSONAL TRAINING

Welcome to  Personal Training and our exceptional passion for what is important to you as an individual and your individual goals. At COGO Fitness + Performance we pride ourselves in our service to our clients and their goals. All of our clients receive a Functional Movement Screen to begin with so that we see what bio-mechanical issues exist and in turn apply the proper movement prescription prior to starting with your specific fitness. We know that proper movement abilities will in turn bring much more success to your personal fitness programs, and although programs are recommended for a minimum 12-16 weeks, we encourage your training from a daily habits point of view so that once again we engage success in your new fitness lifestyle. Remember that you’re not here to just get stronger or look better in the mirror, rather you’re here to learn a new way to train, and make the decision to change your life one session at a time.

Below is a breakdown of our programming:

Traditional Programming:

In the traditional program, you purchase a package and set a weekly training schedule of 2-5 days/week where you receive personalized attention throughout your training.

Independent Training Program:

This is for those that understand training a little better and find themselves to be more independent and advanced in a gym. You can purchase the same packages only you would use the amount of days you’d like to train/week and learn your program with us for your first week then train on your own for 3-4 weeks. We do offer text and email support as well as videos if necessary.
