Personal Training

Personal training is sometimes considered the fine line between success and failure in regards to reaching your performance/fitness goals. Never will you replicate the experience of having someone there to guide you on your own personal journey whether it be rehabilitation, general fitness, or performance pinnacles. I’ll not only create intelligent programming to help you reach the next level, I will personalize it to you; in COGO Fitness + Performance there are no cookie cutters and I pride myself on individualization. All programs follow certain parameters that begin with my assessment process, the only way to create empirical data . Functional Movement Screen (FMS), pictures and videos of postural assessments, and depending if the client is an athlete; a sport specific conditioning, biomechanics and strength/speed/power test.

Below are your options for Personal Training:

Independent Training w/Personal Training:

This type of training is for an individual that understands training, and has had their fair share of training on their own and feels quite confident in a gym environment. This program requires you to train either with me or at your in home gym for the amount sessions you need in a week deemed by your Functional Movement Screen (FMS) assessment based program; usually 3 – 6 sessions in their introduction week. Once you complete your introduction and first weeks training, understand and learn your new program, you continue on your own for the next 3 weeks. Your program is run by my project management system to maintain weekly communication, your program stays live so that I can monitor weights, progress and accountability. Your program will also give you a video archive or PDF’s if that is what you prefer. This type of program is charged and invoiced at the end of the week once you’re finished your training and move forward on your own. Please contact me so that we can sit down for a 15 min conversation on the phone or SKYPE to see if this type of programming/training is a good fit for you (+1-403-837-1023). If there are deficits I also program corrective exercises to compliment your new program as well as help engage and strengthen the issues found within.
